Norville "Shaggy" Rogers is the deuteragonist of the Scooby-Doofranchise. He is the owner and best friend of Scooby-Doo.
He was voiced by the late Casey Kasem, then Billy West (Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island), Scott Innes (1999–2001), Scott Menville (Shaggy & Scooby-Doo Get a Clue), later portrayed by Matthew Lillard (2003 Live Action, animated series), Nick Palatas (2009–2010; direct-to-DVD live-action films) and Will Forte for Scoob. Matthew Lillard is his current voice.
