Dr. Raymond Stantz is one of the main protagonists and the original Ghostbusters and was one of the most devoted to the pursuit of studying the paranormal. He appears in all major forms of the Ghostbusters franchise. However, like Peter and Winston, Ray was a guest on Extreme Ghostbusters. Ray also appeared as a cameo in Casper.
He was portrayed by Dan Aykroyd.
