Otto is the tritagonist of the animated movie, Minions: The Rise of Gru.
Otto is a bit more rounder and chubbier. He also has eight sprouts of hair, as well as having braces. He also has a bigger weight size than all the other minions.
He is voiced by Pierre Coffin who also voiced Kevin, Stuart, Bob, Mel and the rest of Minions.
