Mr. Perkins is the overarching antagonist of Illumination's 1st feature film Despicable Me, a cameo character in the 2015 film Minions and a minor character in its 2022 sequel Minions: The Rise of Gru.
He is the father of Vector and the President of the Bank of Evil, where he supplies loans to villains on their schemes, including his son. He is at first an ally of Felonious Gru, but turns on him due to his constant inefficacy.
He was voiced by Will Arnett, who also voiced The Missing Link.
