Kowalski is a minor character of Madagascar, a supporting character of Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa and Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted, one of the two tritagonists (alongside Rico) of both Penguins of Madagascar: The Movie and The Penguins of Madagascar TV series.
He is voiced by Chris Miller in the movies and games who also voiced Magic Mirror from Shrek.
