Francis Evan Francis (formerly known as Super Colossal Big Fat Boss Baby) is the main antagonist of DreamWorks' 34th full-length animated feature film The Boss Baby and a mentioned character in it's 2021 sequel The Boss Baby: Family Business. He is the CEO of a popular conglomerate known as Puppy Co. and the archenemy of Theodore and Tim Templeton.
He was voiced by Steve Buscemi.
